Now, I'm an absolute sucker for these miracle diet wonders and have been well and truly sucked in by the latest craze to hit the Uk, BodyByVi. I'm not really sure who Vi are, but lets roll with it.
When I purchased this I had two weeks til I hit the beaches of Zante and wanted a quick fix, as usual I left everything, even down to my fitness, until the last minute. With two weeks to go I took to BodyByVi.
The idea is you have 2 shakes a day in replace of two normal meals.
My usual 'routine' would be to have 1 shake in the morning, 1 shake for lunch and a normal healthy dinner. You can mix it up and do it to suit you!
Have you tried BodyByvi? Or any other health craze? If not, which ones would you like to try?
I'll keep you up dated on how I do and if I loose anything.. Ahh
